Returns & Exchange Policy

 

At House of the Guud Shepherd Co., we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality coffee straight from the roaster to your cup. Please note, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on coffee once it has been delivered. However, if there is an issue with your order, we're here to make it right. Here's what to do:

  1. Incorrect Item: If you've received the wrong item, please reach out to us at customerservice@houseoftheguudshepherdco.com. We'll promptly correct the mistake and send you the correct item.

  2. Damaged Packaging or Product: If your order arrives with damaged packaging or product, please take a photo of the damage and email it to us at customerservice@houseoftheguudshepherdco.com. We'll work quickly to replace the damaged items.

Please note, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for any coffee products that are not damaged or incorrect, as coffee is considered a perishable item.
